About Veerle

I’ve always been drawn to the moments when life is changing and shifting — the tender, uncertain spaces where people are letting go of one chapter and stepping into another. Those are the moments when clarity, calm, and grounded guidance matter most, and that’s where my work begins.

I’m a Maine Associate Broker, a Maine REALTOR®, and a transitions guide. With a background in design and home staging, extensive experience in Maine Real Estate, a sustainable lifestyle and mindset, and a design‑forward approach, I help clients navigate relocation, downsizing, new beginnings, and the in‑between spaces that reshape a life.

I grew up in Flanders, Belgium, and my European roots shape the way I approach this work. Having navigated both an international move and an interstate move myself, I understand the emotional and logistical complexities of starting over in a new place. That lived experience allows me to support my clients — especially those relocating to Maine — with empathy, perspective, and a deep respect for the courage it takes to build a new life in unfamiliar surroundings.

This is also why I cherish Maine’s natural beauty so deeply. The quiet forests, the rugged coastline, and the grounding stillness of this state have become a source of inspiration, comfort, and belonging for me. I love inspiring others to discover that same sense of home here.
